I wish I had more time!
I've fallen behind on Tagfoot, and I really like it the best of all the recommendation/social networking sites.
Alas, I never seem to keep up... I can't keep up with email and Twitter either. I think that's part of why I devote so much time to on-page search engine optimization: if I get sucked away by dissertation, real life, or other projects, the page keeps pulling in traffic while I'm busy.

But there is something to be said for personal outreach, finding people with shared interests and interacting!
